We may be called punks, but if we are called punks then you'll earn yourself a beating. My 450 Splash is more of a factor than that Five Star Splash by RVD. Sometimes when we're attacking people there is always someone to stop it. When I'm done with RVD, we the Nexus are going to run WCW Monday Night Nitro into the ground just like what Bischoff & Hogan said before. Wade Barrett grabs the mic. Wade Barrett: Billy Kidman will have a match with David Otunga tonight. Your either Nexus or against Nexus.

Match 1- David Otunga vs. Billy Kidman. Winner = David Otunga.

Promo 3- Goldberg & The Giant are both in the hall way. Goldberg: I'm going to make sure Brock Lesnar doesn't hurt anybody anymore. The Giant: Good then. Goldberg: Lesnar was a pain. The Giant: Yes he was and still is. Goldberg: I'm the Man!

Match 2- Goldberg (w/The Giant) vs. Brock Lesnar. Last Man Standing Match. Lesnar assaults the Giant with the steel pipe. Goldberg kicks Brock in the throat. Brock Lesnar throws Goldberg across the announce table. He then puts him on top of the table. Brock pulls out the ladder and jumps off of it to smash Goldberg right through the table. The match is back and forth between Goldberg & Lesnar. The Giant gets up, but Lesnar hits him with a chair in the leg to knock him back down again.
Brock lays a strecther on the ring post. Goldberg pushes Brock into it. Goldberg attempts to spear him through the stretcher, but Brock moves out of the way and Goldberg hurts his arm badly. The stretcher is now broken in half. Chris Jericho comes out and helps Brock beat Goldberg up. After
two Code breakers from Jericho to Goldberg, Goldberg doesn't stay down. Instead Jericho gets
speared by Goldberg. Lesnar throws steel steps at Goldberg. The match continues. The Giant picks
a fight with Jericho. Lesnar has Goldberg is the F-5, Goldberg escapes and punches Brock in the
mouth. Goldberg goes for the Spear and as soon as Goldberg is gets closer to Lesnar, Lesnar moves out of the way and gets hit with a Low Blow and then the F-5. Goldberg doesn't make it for
the 10 Count. Winner = Brock Lesnar. Goldberg has to join Team Lesnar. ( Team Lesnar: Brock Lesnar, Chris Jericho, & Goldberg.)

Promo 4- The crowd is really disappointed. A bunch of tears and boos at the same time.

Match 3- RVD vs. Justin Gabriel. Cruserweight Championship: Winner = Justin Gabriel after a 450 Splash.

Match 4- Hollywood Hogan vs. Ric Flair. Iron Man Match. Winner = Hollywood Hogan. Hogan scored 7 wins while Flair scored 6 wins in 40 minutes.

Figure skating help!!! Really need peoples input please!!?

I'm 13 yes old and am a figure skater . I have learned all my doubles( except double axle), and the first day I learned all my doubles I landed them or was 1 3/4 of the way there. I just learned my double lutz and I am 50/50 on consistency . I can also do double combinations and axle double combos . (I'm not trying to sound cocky cuz I'm not perfect) well last yr I had a bunch of switching coach drama which affected my testing. I am about to test pre juv moves cuz I have been out of town for the past 3 sessions . Also I'm testing preliminary fs becauseb both if my coaches had know clue I hadn't tested this yet. Is this normal ? Also for my jumps I'd my age normal ? And when should I expect to learn double axle and and start triples? (ps I learned my axle in 2 months) oh and I only skate 3 time a week and dance twice. Thank u! I'm good at answering skating questions so just ask me if u have one!!

Promo 3- Abyss is seen in his dark locker room. Abyss: Kevin Nash will face his worst nightmare tonight. He doesn't know what he's getting himself into. Kevin Nash is one tall, lazy, annoying man who claims he is a good wrestler. Since I came to WCW it has been all about that WCW World Title. I don't care much for it, but one day I will win it.

Match 5- Abyss vs. Kevin Nash. Monster's Ball Match. Winner = Kevin Nash. Abyss attempts the Black Hole Slam, but Nash uses his strength to escape it. Kevin hits him with the Jack Nife and
pins him for the victory.

Promo 4- Kurt Angle makes his way to the ring. Kurt Angle: My match with Taker is coming Up Next so I just have to say let the best man win. Angle then says he wants to break Taker's ankle.

Match 6- Kurt Angle vs. Undertaker. Casket Match. Winner = Kurt Angle. Angle has Taker in the Ankle Lock. Taker knocks Angle down. Undertaker chokeslams him right through the ring. Taker gets the casket. Taker turns around to see if Kurt is still down, Kurt is behind the Undertaker.
Kurt hits Taker with the Angle Slam into the casket. Kurt closes it and wins the match.

Post Match - Angle celebrates his big win against the Undertaker.

Promo 5- Triple H and Stephanie are in their car in the parking lot. Triple H: Are you ready? Stephanie: I'm ready to beat them. Triple H: That Mr. Anderson guy needs to shut that mouth of his or I'll do it for him.

Match 7- Beth Phoenix vs. Mickie James. Winner = Beth Phoenix.

Match 8- Triple H & Stephanie McMahon vs. Mr. Anderson & Taylor Wilde. Winners = Mr. Anderson & Taylor Wilde. Taylor Wilde threw Stephanie over the guard rail. Triple H has Anderson in the

Post Match - Mr. Anderson handcuffs Triple H to the rope. Taylor Wilde handcuffs Stephanie to the other side of the ring ropes. The referee takes the handcuffs off of Triple H and Stephanie.

Brock Lesnar picks up a shelf and throws it at Goldberg. Goldberg gets out of the car and runs after him. Lesnar finds a train and gets in it. Goldberg opens the train door. Brock kicks Goldberg on the train tracks to leave the state. Goldberg goes back to the arena
since Brock left from the match. Goldberg says this match is not over yet!

I really want to find a competition that has has a decathlon, I never see one for indoor or outdoor track in my high school season. if i want colleges to see me do well in it how do i go about finding one. I looked and only found 1 in my area but it was june 6th wen i was still in school, another one i found wasnt to long ago but in California and i live in NJ. do they actually have them in highschool invitationals but i just dont know about them? Also is it true u can replace the pole vault with the triple jump? and if not do you need to buy your own pole lol?

My kittens left foot and paw has tripled in size from her other feet?!?

This is what happened:
I was talking to my sister, Jessica on the phone and doing laundry at the same time. Just chatting away my kitten who is like 5 months old jumps on the counter and I freak out as usual telling her to get down while pushing her off. At the same time she tried to attack me, just like this mean devil does, and I yelled what the fuck is that!? I noticed her left foot has doubled in size of her others and her paw is tripled in size of her other paws. Its quite disturbing, I will be honest I didn't want to touch her at all, but then slowly gathered the courage to do so. I have seen on dogs where there pads on there feet has been swollen and busted but, just remember this isn't the case at all-its her foot and paw, her pads are normal size. What do you think could have triggered this and what home remedies can I do to make her normal again? The vet said she could have gotten bit by something-which was my first clue, but note..I have made her really mad by inspecting this sort of problem! Please help.

Unfortunetly this is the first time I have ever used this questioning yahoo site and don't know how to respond back. I called the vet and they said to get her looked at would be $30 and then if they think she needs antibiotics it would be addictional. Sad part, I don't have money or credit cards at that matter to place her in a vet setting. It sounds really cruel but my husband just started a job yesterday and money has been really tight. I did want to hold off on taking her to the vet until the two neighbor ladies next door to me get home, before I borrow any money to get her seen. Besides, most of the time there good people and do the services for free if not half price.
My question is to you Rich Elaine..Have you ever been laid off work for one-especially after coming back from overseas-Iraq-!? Didn't think you have! Secondly, what do you do when your animals jump up on the counter top? Spray them with water? I have tried! You can't do much for a cat who enjoys playing in water!

is my car battery dead?

2 days ago i went to the mall and had difficulty turning on my car while leaving, had to pump the pedal seemed like itwas going to die but thankfully it didnt.

This morning though it would not start so i had to jump it, i made it to work thankfully. But as soon as i got here i turned off my car and i wanted to see if it would turn back on so i tried it but no luck.

it doesnt make that clicking sound it just accelrates you can hear the motor make that raawrrr sound but really faint you can barely hear it only like once or twice.

Whats the best thing to do from here on? also i need gas...if i jump start it and take it to the gas station, can refill my tank while leaving the car on, that is til i make it to an autoparts or something

i have triple a can they do anything about it? i mean i can always have them tow it and take it home but thats a lot of trouble.
i have a '95 camry and its a used battery.

Smackdown:
Vince McMahon comes out and says that in three weeks, WWE's ppv Royal Rumble will have not only a 30-Man Over-The-Top-Rope Royal Rumble match, but a Championship Scramble match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Tonight there will be three matches. The winners of those three matches will go to the Royal Rumble and meet Kane for the World Heavyweight Championship in the 20 minute match. Vince says the matches will start now. The reason there are three is because Kane is the champ and Rey has a rematch clause.

Tournament matches:
1. R-Truth vs. Jack Swagger: Winner = Jack Swagger by submission when Swagger locked on the ankle lock.

At the end of the show, the world heavyweight champion, Kane comes out to the ring and wants the four men to come out. Rey, Taker, HHH, and Jack Swagger come out. Kane says at the Royal Rumble, everyone, including his brother, will Rest-In-Peace.

- Week 2 (2 Weeks away from the Royal Rumble PPV) -

Smackdown:
Rey Mysterio comes out and says that he thanks Vince for letting him be in the 20 Minute Championship Scramble match at the Royal Rumble. Rey adds that at the Royal Rumble, he is going to hit a 6-1-9 on everyone. Triple H is out and says that how can a little person beat 4 giants. Rey says that he may be small, but he has a big heart. The Undertaker is out next. He says that both men will be resting in peace because he will take them out first. Vince comes out and says that Undertaker, Triple H, and Rey Mysterio will fight each other tonight and says that Kane and Swagger will face the WWE Unified Tag Team Champions, The Hart Dynasty. Vince says that he will be in his office so no one talk to him.

Jack Swagger and Kane vs. UTTC The Hart Dynasty = Kane and Swagger win after Kane hit a choke slam on David Hart Smith and Swagger hit a Gut Wrench Powerbomb on Tyson Kidd.

Triple H vs. The Undertaker vs. Rey Mysterio = The Undertaker wins after hitting a tombstone on HHH and a choke slam on Rey.

To end the show, all five men start attacking each other. Vince comes out and says that next week all five men will fight in a steel cage match. Vince says the winner will get to pick a person to take out of the Scramble match and also gets to pick the person to replace that superstar.

- Week 3 (1 Week away from Royal Rumble) -

Smackdown:
Vince comes out as the cage drops. Vince says that the first person to escape the cage will get to pick a person to eliminate from the Scramble match and gets to pick the person to replace that superstar. Vince says that the only superstars the winner can not take out are Kane and Rey Mysterio.

Kane (c) vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Triple H vs. The Undertaker vs. Jack Swagger (Steel Cage Match) = Triple H wins. Rey was at top about to jump on HHH. Triple H moved. Kane got hit. The Undertaker chokeslammed Swagger and got a Pedigree from HHH. HHH escaped the cage by door.

At the end of the match, Triple H grabbed a microphone and said he chooses to take The Undertaker out of the Scramble match and replaces him with CM Punk. Taker looks furious and gazes at HHH as the show ends.

- Week 4 (2 Days Away from The Royal Rumble PPV) -

Smackdown:
The Undertaker comes out and says that he is not going to cry and pout because of what Triple H did last week, but instead he is going to make Triple H pay. Triple H comes out and says that Taker has been called a "dead-man" but yet he is still alive and he doesn't get that. HHH says that all Taker is is a fake person with no life. He says that Michelle McCool would rather have a real man than a "dead-man" like Taker. Taker tells Triple H to get into the ring and fight him one-on-one. If he wins, he's back in the match. Triple H doesn't accept and says that he has a match tonight against CM Punk. Taker says that he'll make sure to watch ring side on the match. Triple H says what ever and walks off.

Triple H vs. CM Punk w/ Taker at ring side = Triple H wins by a Pedigree. Taker played mind games with Triple H but HHH still beat Punk.

At the end of the show, Taker and Triple H stared off at each other. Triple H pushed Taker. Taker hit a choke slam on Triple H to end the show.

- Royal Rumble -

20 Minute Championship Scramble Match: Kane (c) vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Triple H vs. Jack Swagger vs. CM Punk = Kane still the Champion after hitting a choke slam on Swagger. Triple H didn't come out because of Taker attacking him backstage. Swagger and Kane battled it out as Rey and Punk fought.

30 Man Rumble Match = Edge wins. Edge and Taker were the last two

Promo 1- Brock Lesnar comes out. Brock Lesnar: I took Goldberg out of action. He is vulnerable. Goldberg is a cheap freak who believes he is the man. All he does is say Your Next and spears people. Well I dominate. I wrestle carefully and not rush to win like Goldberg does. Your presage Goldberg will face me in a 2 out of three Falls Match. I tell you all the stages when I'm through with that Giant dude. So come out Big Slow or Fat Giant.

Match 1- The Giant vs. Brock Lesnar. Winner = Brock Lesnar. The Giant seems to have been injured thanks to Brock Lesnar attacking his arm. Referees put The Giant on a big stretcher. Lesnar punches the Giant's injured arm even more to reduce the pain. The Giant is in serious pain. Brock tells everybody the stages, The First Stage will be a Regular Wrestling Match, The Second Stage will be a Stretcher Match, and if possible the Third Stage will be a Parking Lot Brawl Match. And Goldberg, bring your family so they can see me hurt you even more.

Match 2- Chris Jericho vs.Chavo Guerrero. Winner = Chris Jericho by Submission. Chavo jumps off the top rope and gets hit with the Code Breaker. Jericho puts him in the Walls of Jericho and Chavo taps out. Jericho refuses to break the hold. RVD runs to the ring. Jericho escapes the ring quickly. RVD picks up a mic. He says Jericho you better bring your A Game to our match or I will put a beating on you.

Promo 2- Hollywood Hulk Hogan prepares for his match with Sting later on in the show.

Match 3- Mr. Anderson (w/Taylor Wilde) vs. Macho Man Randy Savage. Boiler Room Match. Winner = Mr. Anderson. Randy Savage attempts to throw Anderson off of the rail, but Anderson kicks him in the gut and hits him with the Mini Green Bay Plunge.

Promo 3- Triple H says he will defeat the Ultimo Dragon and win the WCW World Title because he is the Game.

Is Dirk Nowitzki the best athlete on the planet?

I'm so sick of Dirk Nowitzki not getting the credit he deserves. People compare him to young players who turn the ball over too much, miss tons of games,never took their team to the finals and don't impact the game anywhere near the way that Dirk does.
Dirk would have a ring if he had his current team back in the 2006 NBA Finals, come on. Miami's strongest positions were Dallas' weakest positions. Wade at shooting guard was too much for their guards, and O’Neal at center was too much for Dampier. Even with all those mismatches the Mavs lost 3 games by a total of 6 points. Brendan Haywood will end up being the best center in Mavericks history.



Kobe Bryant had Shaquille O’Neal putting up 29 points, 13.7 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game( MVP in all 3 championships). Dwyane Wade had O’Neal putting up 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game. Dirk had Dampier putting up a stellar 5 points 7rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game.

Please tell me the reliable players that the Mavs have had besides Dirk? I don't mean the ones who live off of wide open jump shots from Dirk screens and double teams no, I'm talking about the ones who can drive the ball and create their own shot like Tony Parker or Manu Ginobili. I can think of only Steve Nash (4 healthy seasons) and Josh Howard(3 almost healthy seasons)they never got to play together since Nash was traded. Again no shooting guard or center.
Now, name all the teams who have won a championship with no true shooting guard or center that averages nowhere near a double double. Then I want you to tell me who else has lead a team mostly filled with underachievers to the finals and to the playoffs 10 out of 12 (all 50+ wins)seasons with less than what Dirk has had to work with?
When Shaq played for the Lakers he was the best player in the NBA but, then he left thanks to Kobe and his giant ego.
Then, when Shaq went to Miami what did he do? He won Wade a ring to and what did Kobe do? He didn't even make the playoffs the next season,and he still had Caron Butler,and Lamar Odom. Which is more help than Dirk has ever had until the Mavs trade. The Lakers must have thought a lot of Dirk to offer Dallas Shaq for him

Since 05-06, Nowitzki owns the most game-winners (put team ahead for good in final 2 seconds) of any player in the NBA.

Also,Dirk doesn't care about stats as much as he does winning which explains why his post-season stats are higher than his regular season stats.

He knows that he won't have much help in the post season. So on nights against teams with losing records where some players are trying to pad their stats Dirk just takes it easy and lets his teammates gain confidence since with him just being on the floor draws so much attention. Now,if they fall behind he will be there to save the day.

Since Dirk entered the starting lineup, the Mavericks have made the playoffs 10 out of 11 seasons. Dirk gets double and triple-teamed in the playoffs because teams know nobody else will step up for the Mavericks, yet he still puts up big numbers. Dirk is a nightmare matchup for opposing teams, averaging 25.5 points and 11 rebounds in 97 career playoff games! Now try to tell me that Dirk isn't CLUTCH.

The only other players to average at least 25 points and 10 rebounds for a playoff career are Bob Pettit, Hakeem Olajuwon, Elgin Baylor, and Shaquille O'Neal.



Dirk is one of the most consistent and humble players in the game. Dirk's career field goal percentage (47.3 percent) and free throw percentage (87.7 percent) are easily better than Kobe’s career numbers (45.5 percent and 83.9 percent, respectively).

I know some will say Dirk hasn't won a championship but I always thought that championships determine how good a TEAM is and not how good an individual player is.

I also can run a mile in 5:42, and the 5K in 19:40, but I know that doesn't do any good, and I can triple jump in the 38 feet.

If so, please mention which event I'll most likely make it into and explain what I can do to improve it.

& my 100M time was as of March, right after Winter. My 400M time was done recently.

Promo 2- The Four Horsemen come out. Ric Flair starts off saying his actions at the last PPV were for business. He then says that all of their actions last week were also for business. Hulk Hogan believes he is the only top star in this companty today. I hope he hasn't forgot about the Nature Boy. I am Ric Flair and I am a 16 time World Champion. Hollywood Hogan has the nWo in his corner while I have the Four Horsemen in mine. It's not just the two of our factions fighting against each other, it's also that D-Generation X. Last week you people jumped in the ring and fought us. To make sure that doesn't happen again, the police will be around. I don't care if you like it or not. Tonight I'm putting Sid Vicious in a match with Kevin Nash. The Ultimo Dragon will take on Arn Anderson right now after the break.

My laptop screen won't turn on after ressembly?

Ok this is what happened. One day my fan wouldn't spin and my computer would over heat and shut down every time. Since I decided not to ask professional help I decided to take manners into my own hands. I took apart the laptop because the type of laptop I had did not have a compartment for the fan so the only way to get to it was to completely dissassemble it. I took it apart with the help of the internet of course, and I found the source of the problem. There was this enormous dust trapped in the fan. I took it out with a toothpick and cleaned it with an air spray. After that I had trouble putting it together. But I managed to do it. I turned on the laptop, (relieved that it turned on) and waited. When I heard the fan running I jumped with joy. But it quickly faded away as I noticed the screen wouldn't turn on. My joy turned into depression. The computer turns on and the fan is on but the screen won't turn on. The battery works also. The type of laptop I have is a Toshiba Satellite A135-S4656. This is the website that I used to help me dissassemble the laptop.

Is it possible that there is another cable connecting the screen to the laptop's base? Drew comes out in the middle of it.
HHH is distracted by Drew and Christian rolls him up for the three count.

Triple H pulls out his sledge hammer but as he gets to Drew, Drew says: Triple H, I wouldn't get yourself fired............

Triple H puts his sledge hammer down.

Drew: But I know someone who IS allowed to hit you....

Orton goes for the RKO but Shawn comes in and hits a superkick on Drew making Drew win by DQ so he doesn't get the I-C Championship. Triple H comes in from behind and hits Shawn with a chair. Shawn holds his back. Shawn rolls out and runs to the back with HHH coming after him. In the ring. Drew gets up while Randy is waiting to hit the RKO. Randy hits the RKO. Drew rolls out now. Backstage, Triple H and Shawn are fighting. Triple H slams Shawn into the wall. Coming into camera view is Drew. Drew attacks Triple H not caring if he gets fired or not. Shawn stands and superkicks Drew again. Triple H gets up but gets superkicked down. Shawn runs into Vince while going outside.

Vince: Going somewhere, sexy boy?
Shawn: Get out of my way, or I'll superkick you out of my way.
Vince: Woah woah, calm down there Shawn. I'm your friend. I'm not going to hur----
Shawn superkicks Vince.

Shawn walks out to his limo.

Firstly, thanks for taking your time to answer my question, it is much appreciated.
Well, I'm a participant who competes in the Triple & Long Jump events of Track and Field Athletics and I am looking for versatile ways to enhance my distance - while searching the internet, I came across these specific hurdles which target all the specific components needed to participate in the Jumping events, I was going to purchase them for my Plyometrics Training (as a target which my coach says is essential to improve) and, from your perspective, I was wondering if I will get a decent use out of them? Or are they the wrong type?

At the end, Butcher and Killa act as a tag team and take down Charles. Killa and Butcher climb up on the same cage wall together. Once Killa and Butcher are on top, Butcher pushes Killa down and jumps down the cage on the outside making Butcher the new XCWF Champ.

XCWF Armageddon (Show 272)
Killa comes out and tells the crowd that Butcher is a trader and doesn't deserve the XCWF Championship. He says that Charles would be a better tag team partner. Butcher comes out and tells Killa that for 2 or 3 years, he has been hiding behind Killa's back waiting for the moment to get his chance at the gold. Killa tells Butcher that he is cashing in his re-match clause at XtremeMania. Xtreme Maniac (The Armageddon GM) comes out and tells Killa that he won't be able to do so because he won't allow it. Killa stares at Xtreme as Butcher attacks him from behind. Killa ends up being screwed over by Butcher and Xtreme. Killa sits up in the ring and stares at Butcher.

Killa, Lee, and Skull Crusher vs Butcher, Blackout, and Creepshow.
Killa and Butcher stare each other in the ring. Killa leaves the ring for good.

How do the commentators know the type of jump that skater made. I mean there are so many, triple axel, triple toeloop, etc. Is it the way they enter the jump? I know you can figure it out by seeing how many times the skater spins in the air but how do we know the difference between a triple axel and triple toeloop?

Ok, so imagine if, just like WCW, Vince McMahon purchased TNA. He plans to increase ratings by doing another invasion angle. So on Monday Night RAW, WWE Champion Edge comes out and makes a usual opening speach, he is soon jumped and attacked by Somoa Joe, Sting, and Abyss who hopped out of the crowd, Then during the night, the three kept attacking random superstars, backstage and during matches. Next week Edge comes out followed by Randy Orton, Kane, Triple H, and The Rock. He then introduces the bunch as "WWE Elite", Then Aj Styles Music plays and he walks out on the ramp followed by Sting, Abyss, Kurt Angle, and Somoa Joe. Aj Styles takes a microphone and announces to the WWE universe meet the "TNA militia". then Aj and his group run into the ring and fight the WWE Elite. TNA seems to get the upper hand then the rest of the WWE roster comes out from the back and then the TNA roster. Finially Vince Mcmahon comes out to control the event, he announces that this Sunday is Surrvior Series, and the classic 5 on 5 man tag team will be between the WWE Elite and the TNA militia. Then on Smackdown of the same week, World Heavywieght champion Big Show comes out to adress the fans about what happend on RAW, and says he can take any TNA superstar. so Kurt Angle Comes out and Angle Slams him through an announcer table. Vince Comes out again and says Kurt, Since Big Show challenged anyone of the TNA roster, he will get his wish. this Sunday Kurt Angle vs Big Show in a No DQ match to unify the WWE World Heavywieght championship and the TNA heavyweights Championship.

Big Show's music hits and he walks out with Kane. "Tonight, there will be two Triple Threat matches, each with competitors that will be in the Triple Threat Tag Team match at WrestleMania. And one of those matches, is right now. Mark Henry's music hits. "Hold on a second Big Show, since Matt Hardy is in the Money In The Bank, he can not compete with me in the Tag Team Triple Threat at WrestleMana. So, I have chosen a new tag team partner." R-Truth's music hits. R-Truth shakes hands with Mark Henry and R-Truth walks backstage.

Big Show vs. Mark Henry vs. David Hart Smith
Big Show and Mark Henry are standing face to face in the middle of the ring. David Hart Smith comes form behind and starts attacking Mark Henry. Henry then picks up Smith and does the Worlds Strongest Slam on him. Then Henry focuses on Big Show. Mark Henry tries to irish whip Big Show, but Big Show doesn't move. Big Show then hits Mark Henry with a knock out punch. Big Show taunts, then heads up to the top rope. David Hart Smith pushes Big Show off of the turnbuckle and he lands on the outside of the ring. David Hart Smith then puts Mark Henry in the Sharpshooter and he taps out. Kane comes down to to the ring and Chokeslams David Hart Smith. Kane kicks Mark Henry out of the ring and taunts. R-Truth and Tyson Kidd run down to the ring.

Kane vs. R-Truth vs. Tyson Kidd
R-Truth and Tyson Kidd start attacking Kane, but Kane grabs them by the throats. Kane then delivers the double Chokeslam. Kane then puts Tyson Kidd in position for a Tombstone Piledriver. Kane hits the Tombstone Piledriver. R-Truth then jumps to his feet and hits the Lie Detector. Big Show comes into the ring and Chokeslams R-Truth. The ref calls for the bell. Big Show lifts Tyson Kidd above his head, and then throws him through the annoucement table. Kane then stands up and throws R-Truth on top of Tyson Kidd. Big Show and Kane walk out of the ring with their titles.

MVP's music hits. "As we all know, at WrestleMania, I will face Chris Jericho for the WWE Championship. We all also know, that at WrestleMania, there will be a new WWE Champion. But tonight, I must work together with Jericho to take on Edge and Christian.

Chris Jericho and MVP vs. Edge and Christian
Christian and MVP start. MVP throws Christian into the turnbuckle. MVP then does the Player's Boot. He drags Christian into the middle of the ring, and sets up for the Ballin' Elbow. MVP comes off the ropes and is hit out of no where by a Spear from Edge. Jericho jumps in the ring and does a Codebreaker on Edge. Jericho then runs into a Killswitch by Christian. MVP then sets Christian in position for the Play of the Day. MVP hits the finisher. MVP then gets the pin on Christian. Jericho then runs in the ring and does a Codebreaker on MVP and leaves the ring. When Christian gets up, Edge comes out of no where with a Spear. Edge then leaves Christian in the ring.

Jeff Hardy's music hits. "At WrestleMania, I have the chance to extend my gold, and defeat my brother Matt. But tonight, I must work together with my WrestleMania opponents."

Jeff Hardy and Kofi Kingston and Shelton Benjamin vs. Rey Mysterio amd Matt Hardy and Evan Bourne.
Evan Bourne and Shelton Benjamin start the match. Evan Bourne grounds Shelton Benjamin and goes for an Air Bourne. Bourne jumps off the top rope, but Benjamin moves out of the way. Bourne gets up and is hit with a Paydirt by Benjamin. Bourne crawls to his corner and gets the tag on Matt Hardy. Benjamin then tags in Jeff Hardy. The two brothers stand in the middle of the ring. Jeff speas Matt and starts attack him. Matt throws Jeff off of him. Matt then starts attacking Jeff. Matt then gets off of Jeff and goes to the top rope. While Jeff is getting up, Matt jumps off the top rope. Jeff catches Matt's head under his arm, and hits the Twist of Fate. Jeff then goes to the top rope and sets up for the Swanton Bomb. Jeff jumps off the top rope but Matt rolls out of the way and taps in Rey Mysterio. Jeff then tags in Kofi Kingston. Rey trips Kingston and he lands of the ropes. Rey hits the 619 then goes for a hurricanrana pin and he gets the pin. Mysterio raises Matt Hardy and Evan Bourne's arm in victory. Matt then starts attacking Evan Bourne and does a Twist of Fate on Rey Mysterio.

Triple H's music hits. "Tonight's main event is...The Undertaker and CM Punk vs. Me and Sheamus."

The Undertaker and CM Punk vs. Triple H and Sheamus
Triple H and CM Punk start. Triple H hits a Spinebuster then goes for a Pedigree. Triple H its the Pedigree. CM Punk rolls to his corner and tags in The Undertaker. Sheamus then slaps Triple H on
the shoulder, tagging himself in. The Underaker and Sheamus are face to face in the ring. Sheamus goes for a off the rope Bicycle Kick but The Undertaker dodges and Chokeslams Sheamus. The Undertaker then hits the Tombstone Piledriver on Sheamus and gets the pin. While Triple H is walking away from the ring, he is attacked by CM Punk and Luke Gallows. Gallows hits the Gallows Pole and CM Punk hits the Go To Sleep. CM Punk then puts Triple in the Anaconda Vice and he taps.

World Heavyweight Championship Match:Cm Punk{c} vs Christian vs The Undertaker in the first ever Triple Threat 60 Minute Iron Man Match.The First one with the most points at the end of the time limit wins The World Title.If All Competitors has the same score at the end of the match,it will go to a Sudden Death Overtime Match.

CM Punk with 4 Points,Christian with 4 Points,and The Undertaker with 4 Points.It is 2 Minutes Left.CM Punk picks up a hurt Christian,he is going for the GTS,but a hurt Undertaker gets back up and grabs the throat of Punk and went for a Chokeslam and Christian was still on top of Punk during the Chokeslam.Undertaker has the head advantage,but he is slowed down after the Chokeslam.He finally goes for the pin on Christian with only 1:30 left,1...2...Kickout by Christian.He crawls to CM Punk,1...2...Kickout by Punk.Unbelievable.Taker gets up and signals the end to CM Punk.He picks him,he is going for the Tombstone Piledriver,but out of nowhere,Christian dropkicks Taker on the back from the Top Rope.He drops Punk,Christian grabs Taker for the Killswitch,and hits it.1:00 Minute Left.Turns Taker Around,1...2...3.Christian has tied the match to 4 a peace.All Three men are down and they get back up at around the 0:40 Mark.CM Punk went to Undertaker,he is going for the GTS,Undertaker blocks the knee shot with his hands,he grabs Punk for the chokeslam,but Punk kicks him hard in the gut,Christian clothesline Punk,Christian goes to the top rope waiting for Taker to get up with only 0:20 left.He leaps,but Undertaker grabs him for the Last Ride and he hits it.0:10 left,Undertaker on the floor crawling to Christian,CM Punk gets up,jumps back down to the ground and crawls to Christian also.Taker and Punk land on him at the same time.7 seconds left,he Ref doesn't Know who to pin,he decides to pin both with only 3 seconds left,1...2...THE TIME EXPIRES.It's time to go to Sudden Death with these Three Amazing Warriors.

I want to start Competition dance, but am 16 years old. How much experience is usually required at most studios?

I have taken jazz for 3 years, and ballet for 1. When I was much younger, I did jazz and hip hop (like 8-11 yrs old) Next year, my teacher says I'm ready for pointe.
My leaps are pretty fantastic, and I can usually do a double pirouette. I have pulled a triple a few times in the past, but it's still a work in progress along with my a la secondes (though I can do a few messy ones :P), switch leaps, and fouettes. Firebird, barrel leaps, C jumps, attitude, grande jetes are all very good. Chaines, piques etc are alright. I am very flexible and can the splits all 3 ways, though no over splits.

Do you think it would be worth it try out, or should I take more classes first?

Triple H: And don’t think you’re getting off lightly because you were a former member trust The Federation you’ll be getting a lot worse.

The Rock: However we’re willing to let this go only if you give The Rock a TWA Championship Match.

Lochy: Well, Federation I’m not giving you a title shot Rock however you’re going to be in tbe match at Fusion because I’ve decided at Fusion, Nitro will have a fatal four way for the TWA Championship and well I’ll let you in that but only on one condition.

The Rock: What’s that?

Lochy: Drew McIntyre must defend the TWA Intercontinental Championship tonight.

Drew: Deal, So who’s my opponent.

Lochy: Well I actually got a few wrestlers who want your title so it’s going to be AJ Styles vs Rey Mysterio vs Drew McIntyre for the Intercontinental Championship and that match is next.

Our necks will have a rope tied to them with both of our necks on the same rope you my friend will not be able to do any of your so called wrestling where you jump around like a little pansie so good luck.

Randy Orton comes out and grabs the mic

Orton: It was announced that at Fusion it’s going to be a fatal four way for my title well I am going to destroy everyone in my path to keep this title.

(Sheamus comes out)

Sheamus: Well as much as a compelling argument as that is I am planning on being in the TWA Title match at Fusion and well I don’t think you can beat me, I don’t think you can even come close.

(Bobby Lashley interupts)

Lashley: Now listen you two I’m going for the title and I’ll win because I am the most athletic and powerful star here so no one can stop me on my path for the TWA championship so if anyone has a problem with it come here.

(Triple H’s music comes on and he comes out)

Triple H: I know, I’m apart of The Federation, Well I’ve got a goal however and that goal is to win the TWA Title once again so how about all you people just go away so I can talk to the champ because really no one in this ring matters except for Me and The champ so.

(Jeff Hardy interupts)

Jeff: Wait a minute, I am an enigma is anybody else that, I don’t think so, So I’m announcing it should be me that gets the TWA Title match.

(TWA Chairman Lochy McKenzie comes out)

Lochy: If it’ll make you all shut up I’m making two announcement Number 1 Triple I’m adding you into the match only one condition though you must compete against The Rock tonight, But to the other 3 well you’re all going to be in a match it’s going to be Jeff Hardy vs Sheamus vs Bobby Lashley and I’m adding someone vs Matt Morgan winner will be in the fatal four way match at Fusion.

After the match The Rock and Triple H have a fight and start attacking each other and security break

After the match Randy Orton comes out and RKO’s everybody and then grabs the mic

Orton: Next week Triple H and Rock I want one of you two to get your @sses down here so we can have a match but not just any match a first blood match.

Orton drops the mic but then Triple H and The Rock ambush Orton and then The Rock and Triple H stand tall but then The Rock extends his hand. Triple H then grabs his hand and pulls him in and kicks him in the gut and does the pedigree and walks off. The show ends with Triple H at the top of the ramp posing.

my events are the 200m, long jump and triple jump (but mainly the events i will succeed in... and i just want too know how many days a week, should i dedicate to the weight room, and what muscles should i work on during the days like...
(ex.)mon- chest, triceps, abs
tues- legs, biceps, abs

..But what do you think i should work out on those days to get stronger for my events.. any exercises you know about would be helpful too..
